ARTIST BIO
Oliver Wainwright is a photographer and writer based in London. Trained as an architect at the University of Cambridge and the Royal College of Art, his work focuses on documenting the spaces that surround us, from the scale of the room to the city. He has a particular interest in Asia and the Middle East, and has travelled extensively documenting the new forms of architecture and design being spawned by the high-speed urbanization of cities from the United Arab Emirates to North Korea. Oliver Wainwright is also the architecture and design critic for The Guardian.
